Privacy notice
This notice describes the E10Shop guide site as updated on 23 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Gahanian Smart & Clean Energy International Group B.V. (KVK 42013356 · VAT NL869289330B01), Paul Krugerstraat 84, 8331SL Steenwijk, the Netherlands, operates E10Shop. For privacy questions or requests, email info@gsc-group.nl or call 0031611118018.
Information you give us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your name, country, equipment requirements and reply details. Please do not send identity documents or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry. E10Shop has no checkout or visitor account. The machine-quote form prepares a draft in your own email app; its fields are not submitted to an E10Shop server. We receive that information only if you send the email.
Why we use it
We use an enquiry to respond, discuss the equipment requested and, if appropriate, arrange an introduction to a potential supplier. The legal basis for responding to an enquiry is our legitimate interest in handling requests and, where relevant, steps you ask us to take before a possible agreement. Some records may need to be kept longer where the law requires it. We do not claim that sending an enquiry signs you up for marketing.
Website hosting and international processing
The website is hosted through OpenAI ChatGPT Sites. When you visit, the host processes technical requests that can include your IP address, requested page, time and browser information. OpenAI or its providers may process this site visitor data outside the European Economic Area. For transfers covered by the ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum, OpenAI describes safeguards such as European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. We cannot guarantee that all processing remains in the EEA.
Email service
We access the mailbox for info@gsc-group.nl through TransIP webmail. TransIP processes sender addresses, message content and delivery information to deliver, store and secure correspondence. We use enquiries for the purposes above and apply the retention period below.
Links, images and affiliate tracking
Commercial product links may redirect through Awin, CJ or TradeTracker before opening the seller. The network and seller may process click identifiers, technical request information and a later qualifying purchase for attribution under their own notices. E10Shop may earn a commission; we do not receive your checkout payment. Review Awin privacy, CJ privacy, TradeTracker privacy and the seller's notice before proceeding.
The site code does not install an affiliate-network tracking script. It uses a first-party action counter described below. Product images are loaded directly from official seller, manufacturer or network image servers. Those image requests can expose your IP address and browser information to that server before you click a purchase link. This is separate from purchase attribution. Your browser settings can restrict external images and cookies.
Site search downloads a public product index from E10Shop and filters it in your browser. The search page URL can contain your query, so do not put personal or sensitive information in searches. Hosting may process the requested URL as described above.
A manufacturer information link does not itself imply an affiliate partnership. If you ask us to arrange a supplier introduction, we will explain which supplier would receive relevant request details before sharing them. That supplier handles its own offer and privacy practices.
First-party action totals
We count purchase-link actions and use of the prepare-email quote button to understand which pages help people reach a seller or start an enquiry. This counter stores daily totals by UTC date, E10Shop page path, seller code, action type and test/ordinary classification. Test totals are kept separate. It does not store individual event histories, visitor or session identifiers, IP addresses, browser fingerprints, referrers, search queries, form contents or order/payment details in its aggregate table. It sets no analytics cookies and uses no browser storage. Hosting still processes technical access requests as described above.
The counter respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals: when these signals are enabled, the measurement code does not send the action count, and the endpoint also ignores requests carrying those signals. Blocking scripts or the request can also prevent a count without preventing the seller link from opening. Repeat actions may be counted, and missing requests may not be counted. These are action totals, not unique visitors, sent emails, buyers, confirmed sales or revenue.
The daily aggregate table currently has no automatic expiry or deletion job. This does not change the separate email-retention policy below. If the scope, fields or retention of this counter changes, we will update this notice.
Cookies and browser choices
E10Shop’s own page code does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting and security providers, external image servers, affiliate networks and sellers may process requests or use their own cookies according to their notices and your browser choices. Loading an external product image is separate from clicking a purchase link. You can block external images and manage cookies in your browser; some third-party features may then behave differently. We do not treat a visit or an enquiry as consent to marketing.
Retention and your choices
Our policy for ordinary enquiry emails is to delete them 12 months after the last correspondence. If a transaction, legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention, we keep only the relevant records for as long as that reason applies. You may ask for access, correction or deletion of personal data, object to processing, or exercise other rights that apply to your situation by emailing us. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Changes
We will date and update this notice if our services or data practices change. Last updated: 23 October 2026.
