These terms explain the use of this website. Read the privacy notice for information about personal data. A separate seller's terms apply to any purchase you make on that seller's website.
2. What E10Shop does
E10Shop publishes buying guides, comparisons and information about metal and gold detectors, heavy and agricultural machinery parts, implements and accessories. We may refer visitors to independent sellers. At present, this website has no checkout, does not take customer payments, does not accept product orders and does not itself sell the equipment shown. Contacting us or clicking an information link does not create a purchase agreement with E10Shop or guarantee an introduction.
We may receive a commission from a seller or affiliate network if an eligible referral results in a qualifying transaction. Where a link is a commercial referral, we identify that relationship clearly. A link to a manufacturer for reference does not by itself mean that a commercial partnership exists. Commission arrangements do not change the price or rights agreed between you and the seller unless that seller expressly states otherwise.
3. Who is responsible for the purchase
Before ordering, identify the actual seller on the destination site and review its identity, terms and privacy notice. If you order there, your purchase contract is with that seller, subject to the applicable law. The seller sets the final offer and handles payment, invoices, delivery, installation where offered, returns, statutory remedies, warranties and after-sales support. E10Shop does not collect a deposit or accept payment on a seller's behalf. Do not transfer money to anyone claiming otherwise without verifying the seller independently.
This description of our current role does not remove any responsibility E10Shop may have under mandatory law for its own acts, statements or omissions. If our role changes for a particular offer, we will explain it on the relevant page before asking you to act.
4. Information and suitability
We aim to distinguish manufacturer claims from independently verified findings, but a guide cannot test every configuration or working condition. Content is general information, not a personalised technical inspection, safety assessment or guarantee of performance, depth, yield, condition, authenticity or fitness for a purpose. Prices, availability, specifications and links may change. A mention of a brand or product is not a promise that it is the best choice or available in your country.
Check the exact model and serial or part number, compatibility, accessories, used-machine history and independent inspection where appropriate. Obtain the final price, taxes, import duties, delivery territory and costs, payment terms, installation, warranty and return conditions in writing from the seller before you commit. For metal and gold detecting equipment, verify local rules on possession, use, privacy, permits and export or import in the relevant country.
5. External sites and availability
External sellers operate their own sites and may change or remove offers. We do not control their stock, checkout, security, customer service or data practices. A link may be temporarily unavailable or take you to a page in another language or currency. Tell us about a broken link or material error at info@gsc-group.nl; include the page address and the issue. We will review reports, but cannot guarantee an uninterrupted website or that every guide is continuously current.
6. Appropriate use and content rights
Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, impersonate E10Shop or a seller, submit malicious material, or copy substantial site content for commercial republication without permission. Our original texts and site design are protected where applicable; third-party names, images and trademarks remain with their respective owners. You may link to our public pages with accurate attribution. Nothing here restricts rights the law gives you.
7. Responsibility and legal rights
We take reasonable care in preparing our own content and will consider corrections. To the extent permitted by applicable law, E10Shop is not responsible for a seller's independent performance or for losses caused solely by information supplied or changed by that seller. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for our own unlawful conduct. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or legal remedies. Any liability question depends on the facts and the law that applies; no fixed damages cap is imposed here.
8. Changes and disputes
We may update these website terms when the site or law changes. The version displayed when you use the site applies to that use; a later version does not retrospectively change a separate purchase contract. For a concern about E10Shop's own content or conduct, contact info@gsc-group.nl so we can review it. For an order, payment, return or warranty claim, contact the actual seller first. Dutch law generally governs the operation of this Dutch website, without depriving consumers in other countries of mandatory protections or court rights that apply to them. We do not require consumers to use a court that mandatory law does not permit. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue where legally possible.
